Our Return Policy
All products purchased from Jackaboo can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused and in the original packaging. As soon as the returned item arrives, we will refund your credit card for the full purchase amount. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jackaboo.com.

Our Warrenty
We will repair our replace any product from Jackaboo that does not stand up to normal wear and washing – we’ll even pay the postage!  Just send an e-mail to info@jackaboo.com.

Need an Extra Long Strap
We try to make our straps long enough for just about any chair, but occasionally customers need an extra long one. If you need an extra long strap, just send an email to info@jackaboo.com and we’ll send one right out at no cost to you.
